Freediving –also known as apnea- is the most natural form of underwater diving which relies on the divers' ability to dive for as deep or as long as possible on a single breath. Although it involves significant physical effort, Freediving is mostly a mental exercise that requires deep relaxation and peace of mind. By experiencing how deep one breath can take us, we awaken our body’s innate aquatic survival skills known as the mammalian dive reflex and discover the limitless powers of the human body.
